Your Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in quality improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts
- Establish quality goals, objectives, and performance metrics
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on quality performance through Management Review activities
- Provide guidance and support with audits to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO9001, IATF16949, AS/EN9100, and AS/EN9120)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address quality issues and customer concerns
- Provide training and support to employees on quality procedures and best practices
- Investigate root causes of quality non-conformities and implement corrective actions
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
- Auditing experience to standards such as: ISO9001, IATF16949, AS/EN9100, and AS/EN9120
- Business fluent in German and English
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
