Your Responsibilities:

Entering customer orders and contracts
Creation of procurement requests
Processing the order backlog list
Preparation and follow-up of quotes
Preparing information for creating new customer accounts and part numbers
Processing incoming customer complaints and requests
Supporting and assisting customers by e-mail and telephone
Collaborating with various departments to provide targeted customer support

Your Skills and Qualifications:

Work experience in sales and practical experience in handling customers
Apprenticeship desirable
Very good written and spoken English skills
Good knowledge of MS-Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point)
Willingness to further educate oneself
Assertiveness
Strong customer orientation
Strong communication skills
Resilient, self initiative, team player
Trustworthy, reliable and self-confident
